This is the 2nd time I report this issue. When buyers pay for an item there is a new pop-up that "recommends" an item for them with 1 click to purchase.
We've been getting about 5 buyers a day accidentally clicking this button and asking us to cancel orders. I reported this a few weeks back in this selling forum but this to me as escalated to a technical issue.
We've even had buyers cancel credit cards thinking their credit card was stolen because they clicked this pop-up.
We are 100% sure this pop-up is the cause of the huge uptick in cancellations. Also we have been getting returns from it when buyers don't realize the mistake until it actually gets shipped.
Someone from eBay please respond to this message recognizing the problem and letting the community know you are addressing the issue. Thanks.
