I am on Chrome trying to give a discount on the multiple items bought to a customer. It won't let me change the shipping amount, charge sales tax, or discount. So I went to Windows and signed in to my eBay to see if it was a Chrome issue. Nope, eBay error showing as "We are experiencing technical difficulties." Will not even let me log into my account. I promised my customer a discount. I will not ask them to pay for the items then go back and refund the money as eBay charges a percentage of that shipping cost. I will not be refunded my cost involved that way. Anyone else having this issue?
