On Seller Hub, Performance page, there are two tiles in the top row for me:

Sales, which contains a bar chart of of my daily sales for the last month and displays the sales and totals

and Sales (last 31 days), a box on the right that that displays the incorrect message "you don't have any active listings but it doesnt have to stay that way" and a link to Create Listing.

I do have sales and I do have listings.

This is a bug

I was suggesting that because it's the weekend. Plus if there is an issue the more report ebay gets then the quicker they fix something. Sorry I was just trying to help you out.

Hi @stoneledge - The Community Team is available to help in a certain capacity and while we're happy to step in where we can, most issues like these do need to be reported to our customer service teams. Other members on the boards might have workarounds to try or a resolution which is why posting here isn't a bad idea to do as well. We also aren't currently able to offer support over the weekends which is why alternatives were provided above.

That said, @grilled, are you still experiencing this issue? Let us know and if you could share a screenshot, that would be great. We'll take a look if you are and see what we can find out for you.

@Anonymous thanks for asking if I'm still seeing the incorredt "you have no listings" message in the Sales (Last 31 days) tile of the new Seller Hub Overview page.

I just checked and that tile has now populated with 2 bar charts.

My eBay account is relatively new. My first sale was Aug 22. I reported this on Sep8 and the error persisted until today.

It's an error to have this messge in the Tile, when I did have listings on eBay.

Thank you so much for letting me know, @grilled. These graphs can take a little bit of time to update but I agree, 3 weeks is a bit excessive. Definitely keep an eye on things and if there are any additional discrepancies, let me know. I'd be happy to review.

I'm not sure how I was supposed to know what was going on in that confusing Tile.

The tile is titled Sales. I had sales. Lots of sales

The error message is way off base, saying that I had no listings. I had listings. Lots of listings.

And we don't know for sure if the relative newness of my account is the reason for the very confusing error message. The other Tiles (except for Traffic) were populated with sales and listings and orders, etc. It's broken.

Please send this up the chain because it's nonsensical. @Anonymous Thanks

Hi @grilled - I'm so sorry for the delayed reply here. It's been a busy week with the Seller Update and I'm catching up on notifications now. Is this still happening?
