Promotions not working - Can't set up a sale ?

For some reason the past couple of days I haven't been able to set up a sale promotion.  I have tried several different methods but the sale is either showing 0 items selected (even though I selected the items) or the sale is showing pending.  Called customer service and they have no idea why it is happening and said wait 24 hours?  Is anyone else having a technical issue with this?  Thanks!

Having same issues with uploading photos of item for sale. Usually can upload 12 photos with description in less than 15 minutes. Last  3 days, uploading just one photo was at 68% in 3 minutes. Quit program. Happened about 2 weeks ago then was ok. Will try again tomorrow.
