There doesnt seem to be any answer. I called ebay 9 times in the past few days, Paypal 5 times and each one is blaming the other. Paypal checked my account and there are no issues, cleared cookies, called the banks, no problems whatsoever. All of a sudden 5 nights ago I went to checkout using the same debit card I've been using for 11 years and it said cant complete transaction, use another pay method,, well I did, i tried 4 other credit cards and nothing will work. I am beyond angry and frustrated that I cant get a straight answer from ebay on what is going on.
