I have voided 7 labels over a 12 month period, and I have only received a refund for one of the labels. When I change from parcel post to Priority mail, I have to watch very carefully that the service changes. Sometimes it reverts back when I think it is saved correctly. I use to void these labels and I would get a refund in about a month. I am now no longer getting a refund. Very frustrating that the change I make doesn't stick, and just wrong that I no longer receive a refund when I void labels. I have not called about the problem because it takes hours on hold to get a response that typically doesn't solve my problems. I just wait until someone else complains and it eventually gets fixed. NOT GETTING REFUNDS FROM VOIDED LABELS IS STILL HAPPENING FOR EXACTLY A YEAR. I can provide dates and emails from all the labels I voided with no refund response. I have tried every reason for voiding with no change in the results. Miffed. Al
