I can't list new items or revise listings. Drafts also will not post. Says it's a "global error" and that it's "not working right this second" and to try again later. Doesn't say it's being worked on or anything. Last night, eBay also tried to claim they couldn't verify my bank account (that I've been using the entire time and everything has been fine). Thankfully, that is now resolved. Not allowing listings is not acceptable.
