Listing Photos Not Blowing Up on Mouse Over

Hello ~ Thank you for your time.
I have an Ebay Starter Store. My seller name is GreatVintageJewelry
On mouseover of my listing images, none of them blow up. 
Was wondering if anyone knows the reason why. 
All my pics are a minimum 500 px x 500 px.

you have to hover your mouse over the photo, then off of it, then back on

Your pics have to be minimum 800px to trigger the zoom function.

eBay's advice is: For the best zoom-in functionality, size your images so they are between 800-1600 pixels on the longest side.

500 is not enough.  Take higher res photos and it will work.

You list your items as gold in your titles but they are not!

They are plated or filled, not gold!
