I don't add the Best Offer option often. But when I do I always respond. Usually within hours.
Now Ebay automatically added the phrase "Seller does not respond to offers" right below the "Make an offer" button on my listing. What the heck? Way to kill the sales of a Top Rated, 100% positive feedback 10- year seller!
Thanks Ebay - NOT.

I guess my post was more of a rant than a question. Sorry.
My question would be - Should I call Ebay and jump through all their hoops to try to get this removed?
My last two offers: One I replied within minutes, the other was less than 24 hours. So I'm not sure where they are getting this "does not reply" from. Is it because I havent done many BO's and recently started adding them to my BIN's???
Any advice or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

OK, misunderstood your post thinking it was does not respond to questions, as opposed to "does not respond to OFFERS"
Please disregard the test that I sent.

I see it on all my listings that have a Best Offer. Its right below the price where Ebay puts things like... "Free Shipping" or "30 day returns".... Etc.

Thank you! That makes me feel better!
Weird that I can still see it on my app though.

I don't see it on a pc either.
Last month or so, it was reported and ebay stated it was a test and based on # of responses that took over 24 hrs over a year's time, I think it was. Perhaps that was on PC and now they are testing on mobile.
Most agree it's a dumb test........sticking a negative in front of buyer's noses when they tell sellers not to have anything negative in their descriptons. If they want faster response time, they should just tell sellers.......
