I love this answer.I totally understand making a mistake when buying/
bidding but you need to learn from it. Asking to cancel three or more
purchases is not a mistake - it's abusing the system.

that about 90% of the best offers I receive are for more than 50% off
the original auction amount. I've pretty much stopped using best offer
