This has been happening for at least 2 months now:
so far when triying to do any of the following (and who knows what else)
- Change the quantity of items
- Change the price of items
- Change photos with new ones
- Change descriptions
Changes appear to be happening, we clearly see the revised listings with all the changes etc. After a few hours, all the changes revert back to what it was before!!
Also happened with Markdown Manager: We add 100 (eligible) items so to give our customers a 7% discount, all goes well, we receive the ok email from ebay and the next day instead of 100 we see only 3 items with the marked down price.
CS has not been very helpfull (we contacted them 5 times at least!) all their advice was to delete cashe and try different browsers etc. We tried clearing cookies, cache, history, re-booting, different browsers, different computers etc but still the same. Last email from CS was in the lines of "Our technical team is working on this blah blah blah" Still, several days after that the issues are wasting our time...
So, anybody else having problems revising their listings? Any ideas? Workarounds?
