CAN'T SAVE POSTS FROM DRAFTS

Updated DRAFTS will not not save and post the listings.  This has been going on for days. My store subscription isn't worth a dime if I can't post new listings.

I’ve been having the same issue since yesterday. On the website: Finish the draft and click  “List Item” and it ends up putting it back into Drafts. Click Resume Draft and I get “listing tool isn’t working right this second…” 

Try it from the app. and I get “error 111 No response from server”. 
Hope this gets fixed soon… I can’t generate new sales if I can’t list new items.
