After nearly 2 years, search is still badly broken sorting by Price + Shipping: lowest first

Today I searched Collectibles postcards valentine's day.  The default Best Match returned 22,000+ results.  Sorting by Time:  ending soonest, Time:  newly listed, Distance:  nearest first, and Price + Shipping:  highest first all returned 27,000+ results.  Searching by Price + Shipping:  lowest first returned just 226 results.  3 listings were in the $2.00-$2.99 range, 1 listing was in the $3.00-$3.99 range, 3 listings were in the $4.00-$4.99 range, 3 listings were in the $5.00-5.75 range, and the rest were $6.00-$7.55.  Fortunately the following message was shown:

• We’ve streamlined your search results to show you the best listings. See more results
  Clicking this link showed 27,000+ results with over 200 listings priced less than the lowest priced item ($2.10) initially shown.  This is NOT streamlining.  It's an egregious error when less than 2% of the listings are initially shown and MOST of the lowest priced items NOT shown.
