identifying this old glazed pottery or chalk piece; triangular, glazed. age

Any help in identifying this piece would be greatly appreciated; as to origin, style, age, etc.. It is decorated- glazed as shown. triangular- 3 sides. has a chalky type material. 7 inches tall, each side is 3 inches wide.

it is pottery, not chalk.  probably middle eastern or north african.
