Vintage Green pottery mug - airplane incised on bottom?

Anyone know who made this cup...At first I thought McCoy but not seeing it, there is a "WE" on the bottom and an airplane.  Your thoughts please.

I believe it's a Charles Lindbergh commemorative piece made by Uhl.
