Resolved! Need Help with Decorator's (?) Mark on Teapot - E.N.R.C. in Crown?

I have posted photos of the item and the mark. I cannot find any other identifying marks except a hand-painted "782" also on the base. The red mark is overglaze, so I'm assuming it's a decorator's mark but could be wrong. Anyone have any info on this...

Help Id Etched Hunting Dog Retriever Whiskey Glasses Signed Banks

I thought I had id these whiskey tumblers before but now lost it. Etched retriever in high grass, signed "BANKS" on the lower back in the etch. Measure 3 1/2" high and 2 1/2" at the top rim.
