Turquoise Crackle Art Pottery Vase

I need help in identifying this art pottery vase.  It has no markings.  Measures 8 1/2" tall with a 2 1/2" base.  Thank you.

It could also be called a pitcher or a ewer.

Of course it could be called an ewer or pitcher, excuse me I wasn't thinking.  Thank you for pointing that out to me.

It looks like a Ruscha 314, just not sure about the bottom.
