Need vase ID

Hi - I just acquired a large collection of American brilliant cut glass and this piece was among them.  I've searched for this vase in ABP to no avail.  It's very heavy and measures 10" tall.  I think it's crystal but maybe glass?  The eagle is raised and has a frosted finish.  I obviously know little about this pretty glass.  Can someone help me ID this vase?  Thanks!

Are you positive it's cut glass? To me it looks like molded glass with an acid-etched escutcheon.

No, I'm not positive it's cut glass at all.   It could be molded glass or crystal.  It pings like crystal.  I said that it came in a lot of American brilliant cut glass, but this piece is different from the rest.
