Need help identifying vintage plate manufacturer

I am having no luck trying to identify the maker of this 8 inch plate due to the bleeding or flow of the letters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like it says Beverley, but I didn't get anywhere with that.  I found a dinner plate with the same rim called Brighton by an unknown maker on the replacements site.  Even if it was a multi-motif pattern, it doesn't explain two different names, so--sorry.

It seems like it would be easy to identify but the bleeding letters are making it difficult.
