Need help identifying this matt, green, artist signed "Jackie", pottery vase

It's about 7 1/1" tall. Has a matt like finish. I thought maybe Radford?

I would think student or anonymous studio work.  It really doesn't look like Radford (either the english or american pottery) I have seen.
