Need Info Please On Vtg Glass Listings With Prop 65 Warning Please

I just saw a listing for a Mosser inverted thistle pink pitcher and it had a Proposition 65 warning with the yellow triangle and exclamation point.  Does anyone know anything about this?  Do sellers include that in their listings or does Ebay include it in listings?  Either way, to me I think it is not good for sales.  Opinions please.😫🙄😩

that warning is one of the new item specifics.  it means the item contains chemicals that may cause cancer.
