Need Help IDing This Porcelain Mark

Doing inventory, I noticed a lot of items I had listed at one time have disappeared.  Since these were a number of years ago I no longer have the information for them.  For the life of me, I can't find out what company this is.  It looks like R & J Cleur and the pattern Moral Maxims, but I cannot find anything on it now.  There are clever morals around the outside of the bowl.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Geeze.  I was typing in Cleur.  I never would have found it.  I'm going bug eyed trying to list all the missing things.  Thank you so much!!!

just a small point, it appears to be earthenware, not porcelain.
