Marked Sevres? Meissen? Dresden? Porcelain scent bottle help please!

I have this beautiful little item.  I think it is a scent bottle, has a roller ball inside the flip open metal lid.  There is a tiny mark on the rim of the metal when opened but even with a loop I cannot make it out.

The bottom of the bottle is marked as shown.  It is blurry as this is a very small item, only measures 2-3/4" tall.  There is a spot on the one courting lady face but looks like will wash off I just have not tried yet.

Any help with mark, maker, and even making sure what this item is would be great!IMG_4231.JPGIMG_4233.JPGIMG_4219.JPGIMG_4220.JPGIMG_4222.JPGIMG_4226.JPG

Looks like old Dresden, Germany mark.  They quite often had initial at the top, but the bleeding of the blue mark makes it impossible to read.  Good Luck
