Anybody got a clue as to what that stands for?

I found another one in red on Pinterest , they called it 

VINTAGE 1950 TV CHALKWARE LAMP SIGNED P.A.N.300

 it sold on ebay but so long ago I couldn't find the price

There was a PAN Designs in Chicago. I found a couple of chalkware figurines, but that's it. One of these lamps is on tvlamps.net, but there's no information.
