That doesn't look like the King's Crown pattern.

Okay. First, post a better photo of the set - pitcher and glasses. Make sure it posts right side up even if you have to take the photo sideways on your phone. If it doesn't, use the edit and flip it. I'm 2 lazy to turn my laptop sideways all the time, lol.
What else have you searched? I tried cross hatch and tic tac toe board vintage/antique glass mark with no luck. Old company logo, beer or liquor maybe? (just throwing stuff out there)

Sorry, can't help with the mark, but the pattern resembles Ripley & Company (and later U.S. Glass Company) 'Dakota', also known as 'Baby Thumbprint'.

I agree on Dakota and it got me thinking because I know I've seen this somewhere before. In Jenks, Luna, and Reilly's book on reproductions, it talks about Dakota being reproduced. Even though they only talk about the pitcher being reproduced, the mark looks just like yours.
