Identification Help Needed For Beautiful Drip Glaze Pottery

This is one of a set of 3 drip glaze vases I purchased on a web site as I thought the glaze was gorgeous.  The set includes a 20" bottle shape, this piece and a regular 12" shaped vase.  This weighs 5 lbs 5 ounces and measures 12" tall and 9 1/2" wide.  The glaze is yellow and green on black and it is textured so you can feel the drips.  I was told they are unmarked but I find a small faint mark that looks like it starts with a B and also a 4.  Would like to ID this and country of origin if possible.  All thoughts are welcome and thank you in advance for help.Smiley FrustratedIMG_3188.JPGIMG_3192.JPGIMG_3193.JPGIMG_3201.JPGIMG_3202.JPG

Beautiful glaze. Probably by a talented but unknown (to us) studio potter.

Maybe Belgian? The scratched on numbers don't mean anything for ID purposes.

Thank you for help. I thought Belgian also and did a little search as their drip pottery always catches my eye.
