Help with ID for Pottery Vase Arts & Crafts Style

I'm looking for an id on this vase.  It's about 12" tall (estimate..don't have a tape measure handy) and marked D105 on the base.  I've found two similar pieces listed as amphora but neither had a maker listed.  Thanks for any help!

I forgot to add in the original post that it looks VERY similar to a few Royal Dux pieces that I saw, but I've never run across a piece of Royal Dux that didn't have the triangle mark on the base.

several bohemian companies did this style.  without a mark, impossible to say.  besides the teplitz area companies I would look into the Wahliss company.

This reminds me of older Weller pottery. Just my 2 cents worth.
