Help ID vintage ceramic figure boy w ice cream hot dog sgnd?

Anyone know the maker or age of this pottery figure of a chubby boy w/ an ice cream and hot dog (has a bottle of pop at his side too).  color w/ light all-over  crazing. Partial impressed mark on the back. Maybe "S I F....". Hollow and glazed on the interior. Kind of big for this type of item at 8.5" tall.
