Approx 9" tall Any ideas on who made this and when? Is there a name for this shape? Thank you for any help I tried looking it up by the number on the bottom but it did not help any.

I found one on worthpoint that says it's Royal Fenton, Staffordshire, then I found some similar ones with a Royal Fenton stamp. I'm just not sure who made Royal Fenton.
