Glass Item Identification Help

It curves downward at the corners and the  back is bumpy. Gold Gilt inclusion. It seems to be very high quality, but I'm ignorant on this one. Any identification help is greatly appreciated!

it is called slump glass.  most of it is produced by hobbyist or small studios
