Glass - EAPG cake plate - need help with maker and pattern ID

I need some help with the marker and/or pattern of this cake plate.  

about 10 1/2 inches across the top and 6 inches tall

This looks like a Pineapple pattern to me, (Anchor Hocking ?) but not sure. Also looks like Heisey glass, Pineapple Plantation, but I'm no expert, Others here are so I will follow. Good Luck to you.

James & O'Brien in their "Cake Stands" book say unknown maker. They do not give it a name. page 264
