The pink is 1-1/4" high and the white is 1". Are they just to be considered miniatures? Or, do they have a specific use? Open salts? Also, does anyone know who made these? All Westmoreland I've seen is smooth on the bottom. These have stars.

Salt cellars. You use them to pinch salt while cooking and eating. Was replaced by salt shakers.

I kind of guessed that as I was asking. LOL! I prefer the shakers. 🙂 My fat fingers barely fit in these. Thank you!

I don't even do that. I dump a little into the palm of my hand and then pinch it. lol!

My grandmother had a set of glass salt cellars that sat within silver[plated?] holders and had their own tiny spoons so you didn't have to put your fingers inside. They were only used for holiday dinners (along with the china that was also only trotted out for those occasions)
