Any thoughts on hand painted Bohemian tumblers? Heckert?

Hi folks,

Picked up 8 of these hand blown and hand painted tumblers. They look bohemian to me and are similar to Fritz Heckert pieces, but I'm thinking the painting is not good enough. They are not signed. 

Any thoughts?
