i paid forr a item that was charge  for taxes in puerto rico ,put they text me and said they dont send to p.r  so i gave a usa orlando florida addres so the tax are lower it around 115 dollars how can i refund my tax money

@Ask the seller to cancel your original purchase. Once you have your refund, repurchase the item and enter the correct address while you are checking out and paying for the new order.

Basically,  work this out with the seller, just make sure to use the correct address when checking out and paying.

If you paid for the item using your Puerto Rico address the the seller DOES ship there.
