Are you the buyer? Buyers place orders. Buyers pay for their orders they don't receive money for it unless they return the order. 

If you are the seller you create listings not orders.
If your item sells the payment takes 2-3 days to process.
If you are a new seller you can expect to have your payouts on hold for 14 up to 30 days to ensure your buyer receives their item and they don't open a return or case. Since you are in Sri Lanka if all goes well, your funds will be released to your Payoneer account  on file.
