What were you trying to list? Was it inventory that you have in your possession or as I've seen from other Sri Lankan sellers, were you dropshipping?

You're through selling. 

When you start out selling and don't  deliver items you get suspended. Looks like it was three strikes and you're out!

There's  no need to delete their account.

They can still buy here as long as they don't  rack up a bunch of unpaid strikes.
