getting used to managed payments...why does usps still get charged to paypal?

Im sure I have more questions than this but...when I buy my USPS shipping labels through ebay why do they charge my  Paypal account still? Thats how it was always done, but now that payments are managed by ebay, I really dont keep a balance in paypal, but now Im gonna have to start. Anyone with more experience have any tips here?

Next time you print a label, scroll to the bottom and select your payment method.   It will remain as selected until you change it again.
