Buyer won and paid for records where I offered MEDIA as delivery. Then buyer decided he wanted an upgrade and additional packing. Buyer said he would pay BUT how do I do collect money from him when the record shows he did pay but then he wanted an upgrade. Thanks

If you and the buyer still have PayPal accounts, you can ask for his PayPal email address and send him an invoice, although eBay may frown on that.  It is legal however to share your phone number with him.

We tried that but when Ebay saw we asked for the email addy associated with his PP, they thought it was because we wanted to do "business off of Ebay." and flagged us. Sadly that wont work.Thanks

Is the buyers phone number on the order details?  You could try to call them.

Like I said, it is legal to share your phone number with him, have him call you.
