Refund

I bought an item almost 2months ago then the seller couldn't ship the item and requested a refund to me then on 29th August received an email stating that I will receive my money back within 2-3 business days.

But ever since ebay is playing games with me and doesn't want to refund my money.

  " Subhasis R" from eBay wrote me an email that there are no issues with my refund so whay don't they refund my money to my account?

I have wrote them other emails but it's been 3days no reply.

To make sure the seller doesn't string you along until you lose buyer protection you should file a not received case. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or they must  refund. If you aren't refunded you must  return to the case and ask eBay for help.
