I recently cancelled a purchase and received an email stating that the money would be on my bank account in under 5 business days.
It has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received anything. The support page prompts me to use the "resolution center" but it leads me to a sign-in page that reloads every time I sign in.
The only other option I have is to contact the seller, but I doubt that would be helpful since the money is already sent from their part.
Should I just keep waiting or is there anything I can do to get my money back?

if you used a debit card, it might take a few weeks for the refund to show up.
