Payout missing

I changed banks and my payout money is not in my new bank account. Ebay also will not offer me a proper Tracking number. The last time I spoke with a team member, they were short and rude.

Is ebay stealing from me? Im a new customer and have a lot of business to offer through ebay. I was really hoping this would work out.

New sellers can have their funds held for 30 days?

Did they send you a message saying a payout was sent?
