I created the Payoneer account already, but my National Identity Card in native language uploaded still under review since 28.05.2023.

It takes 2-4 weeks for eBay to verify and let you know you're all set. Check your emails during that time, including the ones that went to spam. 4 months is way to long to have not been approved.

Your name and address on your business license, Payoneer account, and your eBay account have to exactly match your driver's license or National ID.

The type of Payoneer account has to match the type of eBay account you have. 

You can sell on a personal or business account, linking an Individual Payoneer account to a personal eBay account, and linking a Company Payoneer account to a business eBay account.
