Need to cancel order that buyer hasn't paid for

Has been over 4 days & I've contacted buyer  by sending invoice reminders to pay but have had no contact.

Stop sending new invoices. You should be able to cancel for nonpayment after four full days has passed since the last invoice.

Did you send messages to the buyer or Invoices. Every time you send an invoice it gives the buyer 4 more days to pay as it resets the clock. You can send them an eBay message as a reminder but never send them another invoice. eBay already sends buyers reminders at 2 and 4 days.
