Hello, I have bought an iPhone 12 Pro 128GB. The first order was canceled because the address I assigned was wrong, the seller canceled it and told me that the refund will be issued in 3-5 days and to repurchase the product with the correct address.
So a few hours ago I made the purchase again and when I pressed "pay" it gave me a card error and it told me to try again but the card was deleted from my saved payment methods, so I put it back in and it gives me the insufficient funds error. When I enter my bank account I notice that the payment has been made but my purchase has not been confirmed.
I would appreciate your help in this situation because I expect a refund of more than $784.
In the image I attached you can see that the blue line was the payment I made yesterday and it was cancelled. On the red line was today's payment, same product, same price. The currency is NIO

It could be a few days or a few weeks before the refund shows up in your account.
