Sell items people want at a price they'll pay.

You have too much competition from your fellow Sri Lankans and sellers from  India and China all selling the same thing. Maybe lower your prices?

One thing you must immediately do is end your seed listings and any plants you are selling.. Plants and seeds located outside the U.S. are not allowed due to U.S. import restrictions. This is a Federal law.

Selling things that people would like at a good price and not selling items that are prohibited on Ebay as well as customs.  It would be a good idea to end those listings before Ebay spots them and closes your account permanently.  Lots of sellers from your area selling the same thing only to have their accounts suspended as well.  Don't be one of them.
