I issued a refund to a buyer who has since received the Item. How do I get paid?

I refunded to the buyer, the Item has since been delivered and the buyer wishes to keep it rather than return it.  How do I issue an invoice or get paid?

PayPal will allow you to issue an invoice if the buyer is agreeable and provides their PP information.  Buyer could also snail mail a personal check.

EBay won't facilitate the transaction for you, jfyi.

All you can do is send your buyer a message letting them know that you know they received their item because tracking shows it's been delivered and would they kindly send you payment for it. Unfortunately, eBay won't help you at all with this and a buyer is also not required to comply. Hopefully your buyer agrees to send you the payment. If not there's not much you can do.
