I had a buyer who won an auction for 310.00 and will not respond to any emails after 1 week. I'm having a hard time to file as I can't find the resolution center. How do I login to the resolution center?

eBay has changed how you handle this. You need to go to your Seller Hub and cancel the transaction from there. As long as it has been at least 4 days since the sale (or since you last sent an invoice) then you can choose buyer didn't pay as the reason, and then the buyer will get an unpaid mark on their account when the transaction is cancelled.
