Why is that I have shipped all my sells out and EBAY is returning buyers money before they get the items cause they say they don't have it as of yet and they have the tracking info. If they get a refund will I get my items back or loose on both ends?

Does your tracking information show in the Order details? I mean, did you buy your labels through eBay?

How long ago did you ship the item? Was there tracking? What was the estimated delivery date? 

If the tracking doesn't show as delivered and if the delivery date has passed, the buyer is able to open INR (item not received). 

And if you don't respond to the case with tracking that shows "delivered" you have to give the buyer a refund.

To be protected tracking has to show you shipped within your handling time and the buyer received it by the expected delivery date. 

Reply with a tracking number  that shows you did your job and you should be fine.
