Funds are saying they were sent March 19th- it's been a week

The payout was sent on March 17th and it claims to have been delivered on the 19th. It's been a week since then and I haven't received any of my money. Yesterday it said my funds are available and they would be sent in 24 hours but I haven't seen them. This is my first payout. I'm so confused am I doing something wrong or is my Ebay payout not working lol. Some help would be appreciated thanks!

If the funds were avaliable yesterday, the funds will be sent to your checking account on your next scheduled payout date.

Once the funds are sent, depending on your bank, they could show up the next day or 3 to 5 days.
