Fail to Payoneer registration

I fail so many times to registered my business eBay account with Payoneer.

1 only sucsess to fill the question to page 3 only.... next button inactive.
what should I do

If you're having problems with Payoneer, you need to contact them.

Here in the US, we don't use Payoneer and probably not very many that know anything about it.

Are you trying to link the right type of Payoneer  account? You can sell on a personal or a business eBay account. The type of Payoneer account you link matters and there are two different types of Payoneer accounts, an Individual and a Company. You link a Company Payoneer account if your eBay account is a business eBay account.  The name and address on both accounts have to exactly match your driver's license or National ID. 

Payoneer lets you know right away when you're successfully linked. 

After successfully linking it takes eBay 2-4 weeks to activate your seller account. They'll send you a email when you're all set.
